Usage and Maintenance Precautions
- For cleaning, use a neutral detergent and a soft sponge. Do not use a sharp wire brush.
- The pan may stick slightly upon first use. It will become completely non-stick after 2-3 uses.
- When baking, lightly coat with salad oil or butter, spreading evenly.
- Use low or medium heat, avoiding dry heating; do not let the flame extend beyond the baking pan.
- Do not rapidly cool the hot baking pan to prevent deformation.
- Keep the hot baking pan out of reach of children to avoid burns.
- After use, clean thoroughly and dry. After a quick dry heating, lightly coat with salad oil to protect the surface before storing.
- Dishwasher and dish dryer safe.
Simple Seasoning Steps for First Use
- Wash: Clean the inside and outside of the baking pan with a neutral detergent.
- Boil: Fill the pan with water to 80% full, bring to a boil, then drain.
- Dry: Wipe and dry over low heat.
- Apply: Apply a small amount of cooking oil evenly to each hole.
- Bake: Heat over low heat for 20-30 seconds, then turn off.
- Cool: Let it cool naturally to complete the boiling process.
