Seven-stage dough thickness adjustment:
Stage 1~3 can be used for thin-skinned pasta such as wonton skins
Stage 4 can be used for dumpling skin or thin noodles, stage 5 can be used for fried dumpling skin or xiaolongbao
Stages 6-7 can make thickness 2~2.5mm home-cooked noodles or pasta according to your own taste
