Usage Recommendations:
  • Baking temperature below 230℃ will extend the lifespan.
  • Avoid single-point heating or dry heating.
  • Do not leave food on the baking tray for extended periods after baking.
  • When making low-oil pastries, apply a small amount of cooking oil to enhance the non-stick effect.
Maintenance and Storage:
  • Wash the baking tray only after it has completely cooled.
  • Avoid using sharp objects, scouring pads, or strong acid/alkali cleaners.
  • If food sticks, soak it first, then clean with a sponge or cloth.
  • When not in use for an extended period, wash and dry the tray, then store it in a cool, dry place, or bake at a low temperature (80℃) for approximately 5-10 minutes before storing.
  • Use an ABS release knife when unmolding to avoid scratching the coating.
How to Determine if a Non-Stick Baking Tray Needs Replacement:
  • It has lost its initial smoothness when touched.
  • Observe the surface for scratches that affect the non-stick effect.
  • Overheating or dry heating has caused the coating to bulge.
  • Food becomes increasingly sticky during use.
