Usage Recommendations:
  • Baking temperature below 230℃ will extend the life of the baking tray.
  • Avoid dry baking and localized high temperatures.
  • Soak the tray first, then clean with a soft sponge.
  • Use ABS or PP demolding tools to avoid scratching the coating when unmolding.
Maintenance and Storage:
  • Wash the baking tray only after it has completely cooled down to avoid damage to the coating from extreme temperatures.
  • Dry the tray after washing. If not using it for an extended period, you can bake it at a low temperature (80℃ for 5-10 minutes) before storing.
  • Avoid scratching the coating with sharp objects or chemical cleaners.
  • Determining if the baking tray needs replacement:
  • Surface loses its smoothness.
  • Scratches appear or the non-stick effect decreases.
  • The tray becomes increasingly sticky during baking; it needs to be replaced.
